Fearful Symmetry

About

On this site you’ll find poetry, and the very occasional short story snippet or brief essay, that I have written over time, assembled in one place as time permits.

The title “Fearful Symmetry” is taken from Blake’s poem about the Tyger: perhaps I’ll write an essay on how that one affects me, and post it here in the future.

The subdomain “firebones” speaks to the creative process according to the prophet Jeremiah:

His word was in my heart
as a burning fire
shut up in my bones,
and I was weary with forbearing,
and I could not.
